Electronics Engineering Technology

Electronics engineering technicians combine a practical hands-on approach with a theoretical approach toward repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting and designing electronics equipment including computers, PLCs, electronic instruments and control devices.  Graduates of this program may work in a manufacturing environment, a research facility, sales center or an educational institution.

Special Requirements

Students are required to purchase a graphing calculator and a small set of hand tools.

 

Graduation Requirements

In addition to college graduation requirements, a minimum GPA of 2.0 is required in all AET, CET, EGR, EGT, MET and EET courses.  Also,  a grade of "C" or better is required for all EET courses.
