Student Services and Activities
Student Support Services is a valuable resource for students attending Midlands Technical College. Eligible participants, who include students with disabilities, receive close academic advisement, career assessment/counseling, financial aid counseling, peer mentoring, cultural enrichment opportunities and transfer assistance. The goal of Student Support Services is to assist students in becoming successful and academically competitive. The program also hires MTC students as peer mentors. These mentors are experienced and knowledgeable students who assist program participants in gaining the skills and information they need to achieve their academic goals.
Funded through the US Department of Education, the Student Support Services programs have a limited enrollment.
