The Associate in Science Degree

The Associate in Science degree program serves students who plan to transfer to a four-year college in areas such as computer science, engineering, science and mathematics. The Associate in Science degree provides a structured program of general education courses with a concentration in mathematics and science. A student may take a few courses before transferring or complete a two-year degree program that is essentially equivalent to the first two years of the degree requirements for the chosen major at the student’s senior college.
