Requesting Information from Assessment, Research, and Planning

Welcome to Midlands Technical College's Office of Assessment, Research, and Planning (ARP). We look forward to providing you the information you need. We ask that you check the MTC College Fact Book and the Institutional Research Reports on this Web Site and ascertain that the information you need is not already available.

The MTC Fact Book contains multi-year summary data on curriculum enrollments and demographics (college, division, and programs), Graduate and Retention data, Continuing Education enrollments and economic data for the service area. Paper copies of the Fact book are in the Libraries on the Airport and Beltline campuses and in most administrative offices. You may also request a copy from the ARP Office

If the information you seek is not currently available, please complete and submit the following request form. This will allow us to expedite the development of the process and/or program needed to obtain your information.

Please be very specific in describing the data you need. Be sure to include any criteria by which the data should be selected, compared or sorted (e.g. Fall 99 to Fall 2000, first time fulltime freshman cohort retention, by program, etc). If this information/service is a recurring need, please state so in the Purpose section of the form and give the frequency of the need (e.g., annual, each semester, each spring semester, etc.).

We will contact you within 48 hours to clarify any questions and to give you an estimated completion time. The execution time of your request may vary, depending on the time of year, complexity of the request and number of pending requests.
