The college engages in creative, entrepreneurial resource development and management.

Priority Initiatives:

1. Seek partnerships with local agencies and senior institutions to offer learning opportunities for students and professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.

2. Continuously seek and obtain alternate funding.

3. Develop methods to conserve resources and increase revenue.

4. Position the college to maximize state and local support.
