TITLE: Director of Assessment, Research and Planning

RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates all assessment activities in support of institutional effectiveness, develops and implements the institutional effectiveness evaluation component through quantitative and qualitative measures and recommends research projects to support the outcomes assessment program. Coordinates all phases of the college's planning process including: (1) development of the strategic and operational plans, (2) preparation of the annual IE Report Card, (3) providing assistance to all college divisions on planning activities and (4) monitoring the college's annual planning schedule and activities. Serves as the college's liaison to the SBTCE and CHE on all issues related to external accountability reporting.
