Alerts! Now Available to Students
MTC Alerts!, the college’s new campus alert system, is now available to all MTC students. Through MTC Alerts!, students and employees can receive instant campus alerts via text message or email.
By signing up for MTC Alerts!, you can find out instantly when the college is closed or will delay opening due to inclement weather, and get fast information and instructions should there be an on-campus emergency.
To sign up, simply create a user account by clicking the MTC Alerts! link on the menu of your MTC Online account. You’ll provide your name and up to two cell phone numbers and email addresses. Students have the option to add their parents’ emails and numbers as the secondary contacts.
*MTC Alerts! is free to all current MTC students and employees; however, your wireless provider may charge standard text message fees according to your plan.
