| MyMTC Email Account Upgrade
Your MyMTC Email account will soon be upgraded from Microsoft Outlook Live to Microsoft Office 365. The only major difference is that you will now have an additional SkyDrive account. . Watch your MyMTC Email or this page for the specific change-over date.

MyMTC Email is hosted by Microsoft Outlook Live. The email accounts offer a 10 GB inbox, 25 GB of password-protected online file storage, shared online documents and calendars, instant messaging, and mobile access through ActiveSynch enabled phones. Students may also continue to use their MyMTC Email after leaving MTC. Students can access their MyMTC Email from this page using the Log In button, from their MyMTC account, or from the MTC home page. In general, MyMTC Email addresses are in the form of <User ID>@student.midlandstech.edu, where the <User ID> represents the student's MyMTC User ID. |

For example: A student with the name of John Q. Doe would have a MyMTC User ID of johnqdoe and the MyMTC Email address would be johnqdoe@student.midlandstech.edu. Remember that the full email address should be used as the Windows Live ID (username) when logging in to MyMTC Email. (Note: For security reasons, students must select a new password the first time they log in.) IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the student to ensure the MyMTC Email options are correctly configured if the student elects to forward messages from MyMTC Email to an external email address. |
